Good Corporate Governance
MPJ Logistics Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of good corporate governance and believes that it will assist the company's management in being transparent, efficient, and allowing the company to grow sustainably. Therefore, the company deems it appropriate to establish good corporate governance principles by adhering to the principles of good corporate governance for listed companies under B.E. 2560 of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand.
As a guideline for the board of directors to supervise the business to ensure good long-term performance that is reliable for shareholders and investors regarding the company, it aims to conduct business with efficiency and ethics in a way that is beneficial to society and develops or reduces negative impacts on the environment, including being able to adapt to changing business conditions.
